So why is this dude selling a $1 chip for $500? Here's my guess at his thought process as he was walking out of the casino several years back..

"Dang I lost 650 Canadian dollars there (worth about $500 USD).....oh wait - what is this in my pocket - a $1 chip I forgot to turn in. "

Fast forward several years...

"What is this in my drawer? Oh that old $1 Casino Windsor chip....Hey maybe I can make my $500 bucks back by selling this thing on eBay"
