Auction for 300 dunes (NOT MINE...if they were I wouldn't be selling them...rolling in them maybe, but not selling )

I believe you can buy the same set from spinettis for half the starting bid though

Spinettis sells the used set for $900. They have also sold an identically configured mint set in the past, but it's not listed now, for quite a bit more than that. Not $2k though for sure.

Heck, I should list one of my mint sets for $200 under his starting price.

In fact, I have a set of Mint Dunes, with a few of them being spinners and some very slightly warped if anyone is interested in making an offer instead of buying that overpriced set.

Considering what some of these chips went through, I'm surprised all of them aren't a bit deformed.

My 600 mint Dunes are just fine. Not a warped or spinner in the bunch. Guess I got lucky.

I had to laugh when I came across that auction the other day. Last I checked, spinetti's price was about 1200 or 1300 for that same set. I'm curious to see if he gets any suckers I mean takers.

I'll have to check on this, but I think that I paid $1,500 for my set of mint Dunes from Spinetti's last year. I bought two sets of 300 for $900 and if I recall correctly, if it were only another $300 to buy mint Dunes, I would have just bought all three sets as mint.

That's right in line with what I payed in July 2006 for my mint Dunes sets.
