Interesting story -- walked into Fred Meyer (variety store) late Wed night and was walking around the A/V area -- I spotted what looked like a PS3 box stuck way down in the back corner of this one locking cabinet. I quietly asked the person working the counter, they came over and said, "Wow, I didn't even know we had that." Two guys offered to buy it from me before I paid for it! I know this sounds sappy but I knew a kid at the alternative school where I teach wanted one but his dad couldn't find one to buy -- so although I didn't make any money on it, the kid got an early present! (The dad paid me straight up for it which is all I asked).
The Wii went for $400 cash. Nice profit and some little richie is going to get what he wanted for Christmas. The PS3 is still in my possession. I have an offer of $900 but the money has to pass through his wife's hands to me.......so won't know until tonight. Ooops. Deleted the wrong link. Correct link there now.
