Yeah, those are mine but I had new $20s and $100s remade (because I'm fickle ) so these will never be used and I thought I'd recoup a little money for them.

There are only two reasons that I can see why nobody bought your .50 chips.

1) Everyone who has a cash set of the PNY's already got in on the .50 cent chips.

2) Like most people on this board (not me) prefer the useless .25 cent chip in a .25/.50 cent game where it's only good for the SB, yet most people buy like 200 of them.

It could also be that for $1.50 a chip there's quite a lot of options out there....although those Cree chips are beautiful and unique.

Actually, after I closed the auction I sold a rack for $140. The remaining set is the one linked above on feebay.

Re: your analysis of why the chips didn't sell on my CT auction, I thought there might be someone that missed the 50c BC GB, who might want these as they are paulsons with a giant inlay on the same mold as the PNYers, albeit having a distinct inlay design.

They are worth it. If what I think is the best choice yet it costs more money, I rather save and get it then settle for second best and regret it every day...but that is just me.

What surprise, I have a bunch of $25 ASM chips that'll probably never get used for the same reason; I now have a $20 chip. I have some $100 but they probably won't get used for different reasons; don't usually play that high plus I have over $2k just in 5s and 20s.
