2006 WSOP Cards Question

I am interested in getting a deck of cards used in the 2006 WSOP... Here is a link to a current acution on Ebay.

My question is there anyway other than the sellers word that these are indeed cards from the WSOP?

I have four setups of these. And they are in fact the cards from this years series. Get some you will love them!!!

If you really want a set of these, I would suggest that you look for an unopened set. I already own 6 decks (3 set-ups) and the only truly playable decks are the new/unopened decks IMHO. The others have been marked (intentionally or unintentionally) which allows players to quickly identify specific cards. This is always the problem with using tournament used cards - especially plastic cards.

I learned my lesson from this on the first setups of last years that I bought. Then I wised up and bought the unopened packs from then on.

Thanks for the heads up fellows, I would not have known to get an unopened set and was ready to bid on an open set.

I will try to be patient and get an unopened set when they come available!

I have seen anywhere from $80 used to $200 brand new on ebay. They are everywhere on ebay just look under World Series of Poker and scroll around. You will see tons of these decks there. Good Luck!!!
