Regarding the color transfer: Is that standard for those Bellagio $1 chips (and blue paulson chips in general)?

Pretty much I think. I've seen virtually the same effect on the TI $1 chips.

I've seen the same transfers as Jamby & Strange mentioned - T.I., Bellagio and Mirage. I've also seen some color exchange on the $1 Wynn chips.
