It is a good question, because a lot of people don't know that they did 4 sets of chips for this show. The Colorado Casino cash set, Colorado Casino tournament set, Fireworks set, and Diamonds set. I believe they used the Fireworks and Diamonds sets for the satelite tournaments for the show. They wanted to be as realistic as possible when they were making this, so they didn't want to keep reshowing the same chips at each new location the players were at.

Oh, by the way without being able to see the mold, they appear to be authentic; 2 denoms are the Colorado casino and 3 denoms are the Colorado tournament set.
