This is what I wanted to say:
Thanks jamby, but I meant to say "metal" 400 count carriers. I have four of the acrylic ones and love them, but way back when this guy also had metal 400 chip carriers and I would like to get one or two of those if they ever come back in. As it stands, I will probably by buying another set of 4 of the 400 acrylics, but I am keeping my eyes peeled just in case.

Mostly good. There's at least one thread around here somewhere. Some folks were suggesting that he had cut 1000 ct carriers to make the 600 ct ones. Those assertions seem to have come from non-owners though and those that did buy them said they were great and didn't appear to be cut.
I can vouch for the seller. I bought 2 1000 ct carriers from him. One came damaged and he took care of the problem promptly.
He also took quite a bit of flack from CTers because of this outrageous shipping costs.
