Seems like a deal..but I'd hate to get screwed out of my money when he can't transfer the seat. All the seats I have seen say non transferable right on the disclaimer for the tourney

i seriously doubt that they made some special exception for this guy . . .

and i seriously hope that anyone who's willing to throw 4-5 g's at this auction AT LEAST goes to the partypoker website first, if not calling their customer support number to verify that the deal is legit. . .
