I can not tell from the pics what type of chips those are. I would need a scan before I made any judgement

I'm willing to bet that just moments before the Seller took the photographs, this could have been offered as MIB!

These were on CLEARANCE at Target stores in Nevada, Arizona and California (that I know for sure) about 6 months ago. I picked up a MIB set for $10!

they were on clearance at mine too (Conn) for the same $10....didnt like the carosel enough for my faux's to justify the $$$...
