Avoid the "Joker" PokerSales

Alright, this is not really my style, but I've had it with this clown....

I am recommending to all members to avoid purchasing from the ebay member "jokerpokersales"....Boycott this guys sales, he is a real a-hole.

This is my 4th and final purchase from this guy, and this time I am ripped off for $54 dollars because this moron cannot label a package apparently....Last time I bought a couple chips from him, it took over 2 weeks to arrive, and when they did, the package was mis-labeled which is why it was so late...My post-office had to jump through some hoops just to get it to me, and I guess I was lucky they figured it out and got it right...... I didnt even complain to the guy or bring it up.

Next time, I bought a single chip and sent him payment via an e-check through paypal....He was very rude to me complaining about having to wait for the e-check (for like $6 bucks!) to clear, and I should have asked him first, yadda, yadda, while all the while his auctions dont say anything about not accepting, nor wanting an e-check....I can understand its a hassle, but come on...If you accept that as form of a payment and say nothing about it in yor auctions about clearing it with you first, then what do you expect...He was very rude to me and I was having a bad day, so I just went off and told him where he could stick it basically, also including about my problem the previous purchase he had mislabeled and took forever to get there....I dont think he liked that, and we had words, but he sent the chip and even had the nerve to email me asking me for feedback....I told him I was'nt going to, and I never did leave feedback for that transaction.

So my dumb self buys (10) $2 vineyards from him in early May for $54 shipped, paying him instantly through paypal....this is atleast 6 months after I've boughten anything from him as described above...I still have yet to recieve the chips, and this guy is saying because I elected not to buy $1.35 insurance, I am out of luck.

Dude charged me $4.05 for shipping, and when I contacted him about not recieveing the chips, he provides a picture of a usps reciept with a shipping transaction to my area code for $1.35 first class, after he asks if I want to see it.....For the $4.05 which he charged me, he could have sent them priority with tracking and I would know where my damn chips are right now, but this doesnt make sense to him....I didnt know the $1.25 insurance included protection against an idiot who cannot label a package correctly....Joker indeed!

Anyways, sorry to contaminate the board with my story, Im just pissed and venting, and hoping to save someone else a headache against a bad seller...I've filed a claim with paypal and probably am just out of luck on this one, but we'll see....Guy even has the nerve to call me a scam buyer saying that I did this to him before, and he sent me more chips....Riiiiighhhht-

P.

Re: Avoid the "Joker" PokerSales

They are overpriced anyways...I was/am really just desperate to complete my small collection...otherwise I never would have dealt with him again

I'd also like to add in 5+ years of buying and selling alot on ebay, I have NEVER not had a package arrive I purchased, or have one never arrive that I have sent......Maybe it was inevitable though......I have %100 feedback, and while his is good too, you just never know-

Re: Avoid the "Joker" PokerSales

I'll chime in briefly. I was looking at one of his auctions once and saw what I felt was a discrepency in the listing and sent him a question about it, looking for clarification. His reply was hostile and defensive and said he was putting a block on me from bidding on any of his auctions. I told him that was an interesting response to a question seeking clarification. His reply to that was to call me names.

At least his bad attitude seems consistant. If I come across an auction and he's the seller, I immediately move on.
