The Buy it Now price seems very low considering these chips can go for around $2 per chip. Hell of a deal.

Brewster, I'm surprised at you, these aren't even new Paulsons, let alone old ones. Rookie mistake.....$2 chip.....not! These bluff chips might fetch 40 cents each if he's lucky.
LOL!!! I was just looking at the (very fuzzy) pics and did not bother to read the description. On closer inspection, I discovered the folly of my previous post. While they are nice chips, they are NOT worth $2 (but they are probably worth more than 40¢).

I am trying to decide if these are worth buying or for the same price get 1000 custom labeled nexgens. If I buy the Nexgens then I have custom chips and enough to get by for a while. If I buy the Isthmus set I will have a better quality chip and I can always buy more as money permits. I really want to do custom ceramics but due to budget constraints it will be Nexgens or wait.

Blue chips are no Paulsons, however tey are still better than any nexgen. I would take the clays over nexgen any day.
Also if you are looking for custom ceramics try palm imports under the market place on this site. I don't know what Joe is going to sell them to CT members for but I imagine it might be close to your price range to get 500 chip set. Or check the bellagip group buy those cerammics are selling for .24 per chip.
I like the Bellagio's but i'm really wanting customs. I am just so torn right now. If I could get custom ceramics for $.50/chip I would be on board in a second but I don't have $6-700 to spend only about half that. The good thing right now is that the canadian dollar is trading real high and the exchange rate is next to nothing which really helps.
