The idiot running this auction should be guilty of fraud!
He also stole the code from here! I know the guy in second auction and hes a good person to deal with.
The first guy left a neg feedback because the seller didn't leave one for him!

I think I am missing something here, Where is the fraud? the fact that he left negative feedback for no reason?
As for "code" it is too generic looking to be anything specific. |

I reported it this morning, and so did HQ and, still, there it is, gathering bids, taking them away from honest ebayers... 
Hopefully ebay will take care of it soon. |

Only portions are cut and pasted... And the "fraud" auction is selling 500 chips in different combinations than the other auction of only 400 chips...
No doubt the fraud guy didn't put the ad together solely on his own, but I don't know about fraud...

con = fraud yes/no/maybe?
