That's actually about what they've gone for in the past. I forgot who it was but someone here bought a set for right around that much (maybe even $120). He was gonna sell me the jokers too if he decided to use them to play with (versus keeping sealed); gotta figure out who it was and PM him and see if I can get them.
Well looking at that auction and the other other auction for Binions cards, I don't feel so bad paying $100 a month or so ago for 2 decks of unopened cards from Binions.
It was difficult opening them and playing with them, but I save them for the final table and have a dedicated dealer....limited action.
That would be me Erikk (that bought the WSOP set-up last month)....I payed $130 (shipped) for the deck, which still remains unopened and sealed at this point, so its still just a nice collection piece at this point........Not sure if I will ever break the seal and play with them, but once my replica's arrive and I have a playable set, its going to be hard to resist.
