I got my set from Palm Imports (www.palmimports.com) and they were awesome compare to the ones my friends either printed up themselves or got off of E-Bay.
While it's not known as to which chips you have (Paulson has made a few different ones over the years, including TH&Cs), you should probably get a couple of labels and try them on the chips first. I think you'll probably find that the chip is not sufficiently recessed to accommodate a label, so the labels will end up rubbing up against each other.
