Or you could just print labels, cut some dowels and make your own. You could make some Rounders replicas too.

Re: Tilt Chips --- or... Wooden Nickels!

saw that too...

it looks like they're not even wooden nickels. i think they're dowels that are cut (20 chips long) to fit in the rack, with two stickers on either end.

what a sham.

Re: Tilt Chips --- or... Wooden Nickels!

After running into some shady deals by this ebay-er on original TILT chips I'd have to check with ESPN to determine if this was a total scam or not. I'd put a pretty good sized bet on the fact that they just cut their own and are now trying to run a total scam on people.

Just my opinion, but I have had dealings with this person and they didn't exactly turn out to a buyer's satisfaction.....It should be Shady18 instead of Zaidy18 in my opinion.

So please, fellow Chiptalkers, beware of this person, they are not honorable.

I have to say, I have had good dealings with zaidy. (actually, it's his daughter's account). I spoke to him on the phone several times, got proof of the ESPN receipt, bought a couple of thousand chips, had a good experience. I only wish he had let me buy ALL of the chips like I really wanted to...

i hope they were legit. i bought them as well...

however, my buying experience wasn't the greatest. every time i emailed them (i believe i was dealing with a woman), they could only answer one of my questions at a time....

and it took about a month for me to get the chips... she had shipped it parcel from canada...

but i guess bottom line -- i did get the chips. and (i'm pretty sure) they are from the show.

They must be fake, the inlays are actually round and centered!
