No, those chips seem to be appearing quite frequently on eBay lately at a pretty cheap rice. It's probably a knockoff of the 13gr Casino Pro mold (manufacturers tend to copy and steal from each other in China/Taiwan/Hong Kong as much as they do from western designs.) There's also probably not enough in the label design to qualify as a copy of Trademark's inlay design for the Paulson's otherwise Customs would have stopped them at the Port of Entry.
The scam here is with eBay being the victim. Seems to be a common practice with a concentration of eBay sellers in Southern California (LA area) that are using this method with a twofold purpose; 1. mislead the buyer, 2. to cheat eBay out of their portion of the fees due for running the ad.
This particular seller is also So. Cal. based, but appears to have a need to veil their identity with a MN PO Box address. They're actually a computer dealer out of the LA area. I had posted there dba info in another post someplace in this forum.
