Exception to my own rule

Ok,

This will really make wooderson think that I am a freak. Here is a like that violates my own rule about not posting these e-bay auctions.

This was posted somewhere else too, but it is really interesting to go and look at their catalog of all the chips that are in this collection.

I got one of their catalogs on CD.

The auction is already under way and ends in a couple of days. You could try requesting one at http://www.chipsandtokens.com , I don't know if you can still register to bid or not though.

I can't believe that there's a bid on this.

I mean, I guess I can believe it, as there is clearly a bid. I guess it just shocks me that someone has a million bucks lying around and that this is how they'd spend it.

Sure, I like poker chips and stuff... but wow.

What's the ebay commission on this. It's a function of the sale price, right?

If the ebay commission/costs aren't much I'd lay even money that there's going to be a string of 'I bought this collection for $1 million dollars and am selling some of the most rare chips one by one!
