TR Kings

Not sure what the final price for these will be, but if you can get them for $250 including shipping you may have your self a good deal. I'm not sure what TR Kings typically go for retail, but .25 a piece sounds cool to me. Sorry if I've ruined anyones day by posting this.

I should be posting my ebay auction for my $1 Martini Clubs...but, they already didn't get a taker here so I won't.

Looks like a pretty good deal.

Wish I needed some more chips; always wanted to get a set of TR Kings.

I was a first time seller once....trying to be a second time seller.

I don't want to be accused of being a chipwhore, but I keep responding. Ten if you want to yank 20 chips from me I don't care, I just like the banter in here.

Me too! I get nervous if they have less than 25 and even then people pump their feedback up by buying cheep $1 items and then sell some $1000 item. I almost always contact the seller if its something I really want. I usually ask about shipping and/or description. If you get a quick response, that usually makes me feel better about the auction being legit. Also beware of the "Super Ebayers" that have like 10,000 transactions, always check their feedback as even 99% positive means there could be 100 negatives. These auctions are usually legit, it usually means bad customer service.

Going back to the auction, I wish these were blank. I don't like the hot stamp image. BTW, I think it was last year when many people on the THP board bought up these chips straight from TR King. If I remember, they were a great deal.
G$

Re: TR Kings

Those specific chips were sold by TR King for 25¢ apiece as seconds. There are several buyers who have capitalized on the resale of these chips.

One kid thought I was some kind of chump and tried to peddle a set of 525 to me for $300 before he put them up on the Member to Member forum for $275.

I get more concerned when the ad looks like it was written by someone with a 5th grade education , like the link in question appears to have been.
