New Orleans Chip. Bad timing or no big deal?

I don't really know what to make of this auction:

It is only 1 chip, but the timing seems a little fishy to me. What are your thoughts?

No big deal. If he wanted to make big $$$, he'd have more chips up there. Who knows? Maybe he'll donate the proceeds to the relief fund!

Same seller sold the same chip earlier. That auction was listed on 8/24 -- about 5 days before Katrina hit. I suspect this auction is just an untimely coincidence.
