i hate to be a negative nancy, but i got my sample set today and they really dont look very good at all. The chips are very blurry and the color on the 5000 chip just isnt even close. my girlfriend cashed deep in the ladies event and i saw the chips for a long time, and the color is off, there is a lot of blur and the texture of these chips feels like the inside of a latex glove. i ordered a different company's set of wsop replicas, i hope theyre better.

I'm sorry you weren't happy with the sample set. Hopefully you will find some other replica chips that are closer to what you are looking for! Luckily we've had a lot of customers who have been very happy with them.

I'm not sure if PITTM got a bad bunch of chips or what, but I'm incredibly impressed with the samples Gene sent. The samples I got weren't blurry unless they were held an inch or two away from my eyes. I can't comment on the accuracy of the colors to the real things, but my wife said "Boy, those colors sure are sharp." Now...how to convince her...

Thanks for the message Links...actually all of the sample sets we've sent out were made together, so there isn't really a way that there could have been a "bad batch". Maybe it's just different expectations...I haven't seen too many ceramics that I thought were any clearer than ours. I do agree with the colors on the 5000...we've actually adjusted them now based on photos that I've been sent from the WSOP, and I do think that we are a lot closer to the real thing now (I've also adjusted the pink 500 chip based on the photos). I'll be posting a new photo shortly.
