Here's what I use in an Excel spreadsheet: - Casino Name
- State/Country
- City
- Quantity
- Denomination
- Manufacturer (Paulson, Chipco, ASM, B&G, Blue Chip, RTP, Hispania, Langworthy, etc.)
- Mold (THC, RHC, THC-LCV, House, Unicorn, Suits, Dice, Nevada, CHIPS, A, H, T, 24 groove, HHR, Double crown, Jeton, S, S2, Scroll, Sun, V6, V7, etc.)
- Inlay size/type (A, B (Grand), C (Giant), coin, face, hotstamp)
- Inlay shape
- Material (clay, ceramic, composite, pearl, plastic)
- Base Color
- Chip or Inlay Description/Comments (Valentine, secondary, YOTx, roulette, Anniversary, Harley, Poker Room, post-Katrina, etc.)
- Weight
- Diameter
- Special type for non-casino chips (Custom, Fantasy, Retail, Promotional, Tourney, Sample)
