Zach, are you familiar with TheChipBoard.com? That would be good place to post the question. Again, a scan will help, but you can also say, hot-stamped gold, T-mold, black and no inserts.
Also, be sure to use a real name and a valid email addy. That is the etiquette there. But you should be able to get some solid information.
