I would follow this advice, but still wait until after your game. They def. look a lot better if you oil the edges, but i was shocked at how little oil is needed.
Not sure if my method is kosher here, but I just took out stacks of 20, dipped about 3-4 cottonballs in mineral oil, and just ran it up and down the stacks, spinning the tight stack around. The first stack was really greasy, so i didn't oil the cotton balls any more, just used the same one for 300 chips.
They look awesome, but i don't like the greasy feel, so hopefully they will dry out in a few days?
