| Re: Anyone ever run a heads-up tourney ? I ran a heads-up tournament as part of my bar league last season. I used it as a last-chance qualifier into the tournament of champions the following week, and it served the purpose, and was lots of fun. The only complaint I received, people got a little impatient while waiting for their first match. I think we had like 20 or so players, so there were only a few first round matches, and lots of byes. I'll be having another heads-up tournament in August for the same purpose again this season, and I hope we fill up to 32 this time!
