get rid of the $25 chips. get more $100 and more $5.
...you always need to have "enough" $1 chips, but style of play would dictate how much enough would be...you have to be the judge of that. i know a regular player who's a math teacher, he always bets prime numbers

so that creates lots of $1 chips in play.... if you've already got a regular game going, find out what breakdown the host uses and see what works and what doesn't.
but really, get rid of the $25 chips. you've got a small set, and they're not that playable in a game, unless everyone at the table is an oil tycoon - then you'd need a 1000 chip set - get more smaller and larger denoms and leave the quarters out.
