You did say NL right? If it's limit, then get lots of $1s (and I'm not sure what "structure betting" means, but it sounds like some limits in early betting rounds).
But for NL, the reco above is about right. Say 15 x $1 (or 20 if you want more chips hanging around) and then $5s up to $200 buy-in. For bigger buy-in or rebuys, go with some $20s/25s, and/or you could put 1 x $25 in the $200 starting stack.
