Yeah, a lot of it depends on your game. If most raises are to $5 or increments of $5, obviously it'll be in your best interest to load up on $5s and keep the $1s to a minimum. If there are a lot of limpers and a min. raisers, more $1s might come in handy.
I'd give out 10 or 15 $1s and the rest in $5s. Make sure to have some $20s or $25s for re-buys (and possibly even some $100s on hand just in case).
