What I would probably do is something along the lines of this:

90 x $1
130 x $5
70 x $25
10 x $100

This gives you a total bank value of around $3500. If you only do $100 max buy in, you could probably eliminate the $100s and get more $5s. But if you choose to have a deeper buy in ($300 or so) then I would probably get the $100s.

Your starting stack can be somewhere around:
15 x $1 (x 6 = 90)
12 x $5 (x 6 = 60 )
how ever many $25s to hit your max buyin
(1 for $100, 5 for $200, 9 for $300)

This way you start with a decent # of $1s in play, and your first couple rebuys can be in $5s and $25s, and the rest of the rebuys in $25s and $100s.
