$10 in preflop - flop comes. First to act bets $5. Folds around to you (so heads up)
You be the pot. There is now $15 in the pot ($10 + $5) so your bet is $15. First bettor needs to call $10.
You raise the pot. There is now $20 in the pot ($10 + $5 + your call of $5) so your raise is $20 more and your total bet is $25. First bettor needs to call $20.
