I don't think it is. If you take some time to look at the photo vs. the scan of the Bellagio $1 there is a difference. I don't think the pic you found is accurate.

Again, I haven't seen it in person, like many of us, so I can't say that I'm right for sure. But, being a former web designer, I know a little about color loss with scanners.
