Cash Game Omaha situational rules???

Hey All,

I have two ruling questions that always seem to come up in my home games and I need a definite answer if anyone can help.

1) Is it considered a max raised pot if someone at the table says "I bet pot" when someone already placed a bet out before him??? For example if the pot is $10 and on the flop someone bets out $5 can the next person say "I bet pot" meaning he can bet $15?

2) Do you have to show ALL 4 cards to win the pot if it is checked down on the river??

If someone can direct me to a link that shows these rules that would be great. Thanks.
