I think the most important factor is Aggression. You can have any of the other factors but you won't win without aggression.

However I also think that poorly timed aggression will lead to a major loss in chips.

Discipline to know when to be aggressive is important but I also know that those who win, don't always have the best discipline. i.e. many of the past big winners of major events.
