You're definitely dreaming.
If anything, prices on the old ones will go
up, since they'll no longer be made. But the old Bellagio $1s at Apache are circulated, so he'll probably just keep them at their current price ($135) or auction them off on ebay (which he does rather frequently). Besides, the reason I chose not to get Bellagios was the colour transfer... would have wrecked all my other chips. Imagine dark blue all over my precious Dunes $5s...
