Foam Sign: It is actually made out of High Density Urethane foam (HDU). Most carved signs these days are made out of HDU because they are lighter, last longer and usually less expensive than redwood signs. I just laser engraved a mask into the HDU, sandcarved it and painted it. It is pretty difficult to do chip tricks with though
I almost lost it when our house flooded last December...it fell and has a small nick. Oh well, I guess I'll just have to do another one. Darn, I hate playing with poker chip designs
