T-mold "Semi-Custom" Project - Round #1 Auxiliary Chips
Please submit single-chip entries for "other" (or "auxiliary/alternative") chips in the T-mold semi-customs set.
You can submit up to 3 entries in this category.
The base colour for this chip can really be any allowed base colour (for allowed base colours, see the
list in the information thread). In particular, this is your opportunity to enter chips based on BCC's "
mustard", "
gold", "
adobe", "
plum", "
mauve", "
light pink", "
hot pink", "
lavender" (if you want to have both lavender and laker purple in the set), "
dark blue" (for both a light/dophin/horizon and dark blue chip in the set), "
arc yellow", "
peach", "
w orange", "
coral", "
grey", "
bone white", "
sky blue", "
sherbet green", etc. Spot colours are totally up to you -- there are 35 to choose from! Available spot colours are listed here (
linky). Keep in mind that these chips might be used as a T5000 (tourney), a fractional, a non-denom chip, a substitute for a standard colour, or whatever someone wants in his/her custom set. The options are endless!
You can use ChipTalk.net's "Poker Chip Factory" (under the "Site Tools" menu) to play around. Please pick "HPC -> Interlocking T*" for the mold. You'll find most of the colours in the "BCC" palette, with some others in the "SP" palette. We're working on getting the remaining available spot colours into Poker Chip Factory. In the meantime, please use "verde" for "forest green", and the TR King "black" for "charcoal" (they're not exact matches, but they're fairly close).
For your official entries, you may simply
post the names of the colours (base colour first, followed by 2 spot colours) for each of your entries. That's all I need. I'll post a "Poker Chip Factory" mock-up of each entry in a poll 5 days from now. If you want, you can (
optionally) post one (or more) mock-up(s) of what the chip might look like with an interesting spot pattern(s) that you had in mind, but "3d14" spots will be used in the poll for the purposes of Round #1.
For more information on the project, see here (
linky).
All "other" chip entries must be posted in this thread by Monday, February 4 at 2pm EST.
You may change your entries as many times as you want before the deadline, but please edit your previous post (rather than posting multiple times) and I'll go with whatever is there at the deadline. And feel free to discuss each other's entries and promote your own... Happy mocking up!
