I'm just curious, what should the Police do if and when they receive a complaint(s) for illegal activity(ies)? Should they just turn a blind eye towards it and then wait until it escalates or it leads to something worse?
I'm not harping on you hachkc, it's just that you were the last one to post. Similar to when I see mv's speeding or running a red light and there are several mv's that committed the same infraction. Normally I'll stop the last one in line because it's safer and more convenient.

Just out of curiosity, Does anyone here agree with the Dallas police for doing this, and anyone here live in Dallas? If you do live in Dallas, is this type of activity apparent?

Though I may think that there are "bigger fish to fry" but someone has to address it when the complaint came in. Now Dallas absolutely has more important things to do (watch Dallas SWAT to get the picture) but they can't ignore something as petty as this, even if we all agree that there may be more important issues that a Police Department can address.
