Here's a quicky i threw together:
Small/Big/Ante
200/400
300/600
400/800

6000/12000/2000

Assuming no breaks (or very short ones for chip up) you should be good with 20min levels. If you like you can add in 100/200, but that gives you a starting stack of 300BB, where as 200/400 still gives 150BB which is more than enough play.
