I'm not sure if this will work, it's just something I threw together really quickly. The 25000/50000 level will end at the 6 hour mark (with no breaks) and using the 4% rule (assuming no re-buys or add-ons) your tourney should end around there with 20 minute levels.
I'm no good at figuring out antes, that's why they're not there. I know this isn't exactly what you're looking for, but should be close.
