Seriously, you should look at your structure and make sure it is smooth. You shouldn't have any level where the blinds double. Right before a level where the blind double or right after that level starts, some players looks at there stack and think they have to make a move right now and the shoving begins. In most cases they are right to do this.

Once you have a smooth structure, it is just a matter of adjusting stack size and the length of the levels to meet your requirement.
