here's a quick suggestion

t1500 or t2000 or t2500

300/1500/3000
500/2k/4k
500/3k/6k

with 18 players, it might end anywhere from 100/700/1400 (level 14) to 300/1500/3000 (level 16) depending on the starting stack. if you make each level 30 minutes, then you've got yourself a 7-8hr tourney, not including breaks
