I've been a beta tester for PokerStars' Mac client. It is only for play money right now while they work all the kinks out. Unfortunately, they have been taking FOREVER with it. Who knows when/if it will ever launch.
I have been playing real money at PokerStars on a G4 Mac while running Virtual PC with Windows '98, and on a MacBook (Intel chip) running Windows XP.
