If you want to do something like this to clean your chips, just take some skim milk, dilute it about 1:1 with water, and shake it like crazy. Do-it-yourself nanotechnology. Of course, if you decide to "clean" you chips with this "nano-emulsion", beware that they might smell like rotting milk after a few weeks.
