you have any pics?
i assume your are using the same artwork for all chips to get away from paying seperate artwork charges per chip.
have you checked with BCC about using the same artwork and just adding a denom to the existing artwork. may be a reduced artwork charge.
if you go with no denom, what about ordering extra chips and make a wall hanging with chips and values.
i personally dont like BCC's denoms either and would rather answer questions than be stuck with them on the chips - if you dont like them.
