| Re: Micro-stakes cash set - 400 chips enough? Interesting that your cash game starts has so few chips per player. In my local cash game, we like to start with 100 chips per player - mainly because it feels good, and makes re-buys unusual. The breakdown we use for our 5-50 spread limit game is: 40 nickels, 30 dimes, 20 quarters, 10 dollars. 100 chips total for $20. Works out really nicely, except the nickel-dime step is not very meaningful.
Anyway, this is just me registering some surprise that cash games exist with so few chips per player! |
