Only Red and White Faux Clays are available (I think there are only a few hundred Green left) so this might play a role in your decision.
Sopranos would be a good option. And at only $0.0757/chip (DCG.com) they would only cost you $53 plus shipping for 700 chips.
Super Diamons are really inexpensive too. Consistency was hit and miss in my experience. It seemed as though I got chips from three different batches/production runs. The good ones were REALLY good though.
