It may look like at first glance the blinds after the break are very aggressive. However, with all the rebuys there are usually 2 to 3 times the starting chip stack in play. So, there is actually a lot of room for maneuvering left.

I'd disagree with that. 3x4000=12000 That means ave m is 10 or less after the rebuys are over. To eliminate 29 people in 1.5 hours must turn the tourney into an allin fest after the rebuys end. 29 people, 90 min = 1 bust out every 3 min.
