I tried a test on 8/23 after I saw this initial post, and PS said I was eligiblr. I made the deposit and it was accepted right away. I was pleasantly surprised. The full amount showed as available.

But it hasn't cleared my bank yet. I guess that's a good thing, but I don't know if PS might reverse it for some technical reason or because my bank refused it. Since my roll has enough over that test amount, I won't have a problem. But it would be great for this process to work successfully in the future.
