"Donkey KGB" Rounders spoofs by ASM / PCOL

Whodathunk the Canuck order would arrive first? Here's what I found when I showed up to work today:

Nothin' starts your day off right like Phil the Thrill...

I picked up the mag and it flopped open to this page:

When will they ever learn that DICE CHIPS SUCK?! Oh well...

Under the magazine I found these:

Something tells me these ain't dice chips!

Here's what they looked like open:

I put my cash set in a case and, well, here's the adhoc donkey pr0n shoot that spontaneously occured:

And here's how they'll be arranged for their inaugural game on Thursday:

In the case pictured above, each column holds a few more than 60: so 120+4 each of 5¢, 25¢, and 500¢, 180+6 of 100¢, 60+2 of 2000¢, 30 of 10000¢ and 80 "KGB" chips.

That lets me hand out starting stacks of:

12 x 25¢
12 x 100¢
# x 500¢
for 25¢/50¢ NLHE (10 players)

and

15 x 5¢
13 x 25¢
12 x $1
# x $5
for 25¢/50¢ 7-stud games (5¢ ante, 10¢ bring-in; 8 players)

The 80 "KGB" non-denom chips might see action as a small blind for 12.5¢/25¢ NLHE (8 each = $1) or 50¢ chip for 50¢/$1 NL or $1/$2 Limit. They might also get used as bounty chips and such.

At these stakes, the 2000¢ ($20) chips will rarely see action, and you can forget about the 10000¢ ($100) chips... but maybe we'll play higher stakes one day, or maybe a "real cash" tournament where we colour everything up to those high chips.

I'll report the number ordered and number of spares later. I haven't actually counted all the chips yet; still have to mail some out to group buy participants. Oh, and I haven't noticed any spinners yet, but again, haven't really handled them much. I did notice a few with insert problems (414 spots that don't go all the way through the chip), especially on the white 1¢ chip, but that's okay; they'll be prizes for "donkey play of the month" and used as card guards mostly.

*EDIT* I still haven't counted them all in person, but judging from the photos of open boxes (above) and my actual order, it looks like:

Chip (colour) - # Ordered (+ # spares)
1¢ (white) - 28 + 2 = 30
5¢ (red) - 152 + 5 = 157
25¢ (green) - 152 + 5 = 157
100¢ (black) - 214 + 5 = 219
500¢ (purple) - 152 + 5 = 157
2000¢ (yellow) - 90 + 5 = 95
10000¢ (pink) - 43 + 2 = 45
"KGB" (chocolate) - 136 + 4 = 140
Total - 967 + 33 = 1000

I'll correct those numbers, if necessary, when I double-check. That's the Canadian portion of the group buy (most of which are my personal set + some spares); the USA portion is much larger (> 3000 chips, with > 200 of every denomination except "KGB"), so I expect there'll be 5 spares of every denomination (maybe more).
