Not much you can do but push at this point. If he has KK or 99 or 44 or K9, you're screwed... But I've seen this move time and time again with AdXd and at least a push will take away his odds - which means if he calls and sucks out, at least he made a mistake (despite taking all your chips).

If he has AA or QQ, it's his mistake not raising preflop to force hands like yours to fold.

I'm still leaning towards him having AdXd, where X doesn't matter much (probably 2 or 3).
